Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Welcome to THE TEE BLOC INC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, your purchase of products, participation in pre-orders and other interactions with THE TEE BLOC online.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them. Please read them before completing a purchase. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or replace any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian federal, provincial, or territorial law.

1. About THE TEE BLOC

The Tee Bloc is a Canadian clothing and streetwear brand selling apparel and related products online. Our website is operated using Shopify and may rely on third-party providers for front end development, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer accounts, analytics, marketing, shipping, fulfilment, and customer support.

Supplier / legal entity: The Tee Bloc Inc.

Website: https://www.theteebloc.com

Email: contact@theteebloc.com

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “Customer”, “you” and “your” mean the person using the website or placing an order.
  • “THE TEE BLOC”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the supplier operating the THE TEE BLOC website.
  • “Product” means any clothing, apparel, accessory, or other merchandise offered for sale by us.
  • “Pre-Order” means a Product offered for purchase before it is ready for normal dispatch or general release.
  • “Final Sale” means an item clearly identified as final sale before purchase.
  • “Policies” means our Returns & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific, pre-order, or promotion terms shown before purchase.

3. Policies Incorporated into These Terms

These terms should be read together with our Returns & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any specific terms displayed on a product, pre-order, sale, promotion, or checkout page.

If a specific policy addresses a particular issue in greater detail, that specific policy applies to that issue to the extent of any inconsistency, subject always to applicable law. For example, the Returns & Exchange Policy governs return eligibility and exchange procedures, while the Shipping Policy governs delivery options and shipping procedures.

4. Eligibility and Customer Responsibilities

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your province or territory. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the website and place orders only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information at checkout, including your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. You are also responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.

5. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful personal shopping and browsing. You must not:

  • Access or attempt to access restricted systems, Shopify administration, accounts, or services without permission.
  • Use the website for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity, harassment, abuse, or any activity that harms THE TEE BLOC, our customers, or third parties.
  • Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful technology.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, extract, or reproduce website content, product information, images, designs, pricing data, or other materials using automated tools without written permission.
  • Use bots or automated purchasing tools to obtain limited-release products or circumvent product limits, promotions, security, or fair access controls.
  • Misuse discount codes, promotions, checkout systems, or customer accounts.

We may restrict access, suspend accounts, refuse service, or cancel affected orders where we reasonably believe the website, our systems, a promotion, or a transaction is being misused, subject to applicable law.

6. Product Information, Images, Colour and Sizing

We aim to describe our Products accurately, including design, colour, materials, sizing, measurements, care information, price, and availability. However, the colour or appearance of a Product may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, production batches, or manufacturing tolerances.

Measurements may also vary slightly due to garment production and measurement methods. Customers should review the product description and size guide before ordering.

If we discover a material error in a product listing that affects your order, we may contact you to correct the information, offer an available alternative, cancel the affected item, or provide another appropriate solution, including a refund where applicable.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An item may sell out before checkout is completed or before our order verification is complete.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we may offer an available alternative of the same value or cancel and refund the affected item to the original payment method. We will not require you to accept a substitute product.

8. Pre-Orders

We may make selected Products available for Pre-Order before official launch or normal dispatch. A Pre-Order allows you to secure a Product that is not yet immediately available for shipment.

  • Full payment is required at the time the Pre-Order is placed unless we clearly state otherwise.
  • The estimated dispatch or delivery timeframe will be shown on the relevant Product or Pre-Order page. Where we advertise approximately 15–20 days, that period is an estimate and may be affected by production, supplier, quality-control, courier, public-holiday, customs, weather, or other delays.
  • If multiple Pre-Order items are purchased together, we may ship the order together once all items are ready unless we state otherwise.
  • A Pre-Order may enter production or fulfilment shortly after confirmation. We therefore cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request can be accepted after the order is placed.
  • If we cannot fulfil a Pre-Order, we will cancel the affected item and refund the amount paid for that item to the original payment method.
  • If a Pre-Order is materially delayed, we may provide an updated estimate or another appropriate option. Any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

9. Pricing, Currency, Taxes and Charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. For Canadian customers, prices will generally be displayed in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts will be shown before you complete checkout where required. We do not intend to impose undisclosed mandatory fees. Government-imposed taxes, duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination and transaction.

We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes do not affect an order already accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred and applicable law permits correction or cancellation.

10. Payments and Payment Security

Payment must be completed using a payment method offered at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other third-party payment providers. Those providers may conduct authorization, security, identity, and fraud-prevention checks under their own terms and policies.

THE TEE BLOC does not directly store your complete payment-card details on our own systems. If payment cannot be authorized or is later reversed, we may suspend or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law.

11. Order Submission, Confirmation and Acceptance

After checkout, you should receive an electronic order acknowledgement or confirmation. This means we have received your order request; it does not necessarily mean we have finally accepted or dispatched the order.

Before acceptance or fulfilment, we may verify stock availability, payment authorization, delivery details, fraud indicators, product limits, and other information reasonably required to process the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, a material pricing or listing error, a non-serviceable address, misuse of promotions, bot activity, unauthorized resale, or a technical error. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Please keep your order confirmation and these Terms for your records. We will provide your order information electronically using the contact details supplied at checkout.

12. Order Changes and Customer Cancellation Requests

Please review your Product, size, colour, quantity, delivery address, and other order information before placing your order.

If you notice an error or want to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@theteebloc.com. We will try to help where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once processing, production, packing, or dispatch has begun.

If an order can no longer be changed or cancelled, the Returns & Exchange Policy will apply after delivery. This section does not limit any cancellation right that may apply under consumer law.

13. Discount Codes, Promotions and Sale Events

Discount codes and promotions may be subject to specific terms displayed at the time of the offer, including start and end dates, product exclusions, minimum order values, usage limits, customer eligibility, geographic restrictions, non-combination rules, or Final Sale conditions.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, a discount code must be entered before checkout is completed and cannot be applied retrospectively to an earlier order. Promotional discounts generally do not apply to shipping, taxes, duties, or previously placed orders.

A sale or promotional term applies only to the products and period clearly identified in that offer. Where a product is Final Sale, that status will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, incorrect, or misrepresented goods are not removed by a promotion or Final Sale label.

We may correct, pause, refuse, or cancel a promotion where there is a genuine technical error, fraud, abuse, or misuse, subject to applicable law.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, charges, delivery estimates, carriers, and destinations are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout where applicable.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, high-volume periods, weather, public holidays, customs or border processing, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote-area service limits, or other events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to collect, or failed delivery caused by the customer, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

15. Delivery Problems, Loss and Packages Marked Delivered

If your tracking information shows a delivery problem, or if a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask you to confirm your delivery information, check with household members or neighbours, and assist with a carrier investigation where appropriate.

If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, The Tee Bloc is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure.

16. International Orders, Duties and Customs

If international shipping is offered to your destination, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes may apply. Unless we expressly state that such charges are included or collected at checkout, they are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Customs and border authorities operate independently of THE TEE BLOC. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or government requirements, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

17. Returns and Exchanges — Policy Summary

Our detailed Returns & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms. The summary below reflects our current standard policy:

  • Eligible exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • For change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size selected by the customer, refunds are not offered.
  • Where eligible, you may request an exchange for another available size, colour, or design of the same value, subject to availability and the Returns & Exchange Policy.
  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.
  • Returned items must satisfy the condition and eligibility requirements in the Returns & Exchange Policy. Items that show wear, washing, damage after delivery, alteration, or other ineligible condition may be refused.
  • An exchange is not guaranteed until the returned item has been received and approved and the requested replacement remains available.

If the Returns & Exchange Policy is updated, the version applicable to an order will generally be the version disclosed when that order was placed, unless law requires otherwise.

18. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If something is not right with your order—for example, you receive a Product that is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered—please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery with your order number and information reasonably needed to review the issue, such as photographs where relevant.

We will review the circumstances and provide the most suitable option available under our policy and applicable law. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, exchange, or refund to the original payment method. Where the error is ours, we will not require you to bear reasonable return-shipping costs associated with correcting that error.

This section is separate from change-of-mind and incorrect-size exchanges and does not limit statutory rights.

19. Final Sale Items

Products clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind, sizing, colour, or preference returns or exchanges unless we expressly state otherwise.

A Final Sale label does not remove any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights that may apply where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially misrepresented.

20. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. We do not provide cash refunds for online card or digital-payment purchases unless required or specifically arranged.

After we process an approved refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This commonly takes approximately 5–10 business days, although actual timing is controlled by the payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind or sizing matters unless our policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

21. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and safeguarding of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) where it applies, as well as applicable provincial privacy requirements.

By using the website, placing an order, or contacting us, you acknowledge that information necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with legal obligations may be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

23. Email, SMS and Marketing Communications

If you consent to receive marketing communications, or where applicable law otherwise permits us to contact you, we may send messages about launches, promotions, restocks, products, or brand news.

Commercial electronic messages will be managed in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements, including consent, sender identification, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism where required. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us.

Transactional messages—such as order confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, pre-order updates, security notices, return communications, or customer-service replies—may still be sent where necessary to manage your transaction or account.

24. Reviews, Tags and User-Generated Content

If you submit a review, rating, photo, video, comment, testimonial, or other content to us or publicly tag THE TEE BLOC, you confirm that you have the right to share that content and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person’s rights.

Where you voluntarily tag us publicly or submit content to us for sharing, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to view, repost, and display that content for organic brand, social-media, community, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. For paid advertising or broader campaign use of identifiable customer content, we may request additional permission where appropriate.

We may moderate, decline, or remove content that is fake, misleading, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, spam, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We do not knowingly create or present fake customer reviews as genuine independent reviews.

25. Intellectual Property

THE TEE BLOC’s brand names, logos, product names, garment designs, graphics, illustrations, photographs, videos, website text, layouts, product descriptions, and other creative materials are owned by THE TEE BLOC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, imitate, scrape, commercially exploit, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal browsing and shopping.

26. Product Care and Customer-Caused Damage

Please follow the product care, washing, drying, ironing, and use instructions provided with or for each Product. Except where law provides otherwise, we are not responsible for damage caused after delivery by misuse, alteration, improper washing or drying, failure to follow care instructions, normal wear and tear, or use inconsistent with the Product’s intended purpose.

27. Resale, Bulk Purchasing and Fraud Prevention

Our Products are generally offered for personal consumer use. We may set reasonable quantity limits or refuse/cancel orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale, automated purchasing, promotion abuse, identity or payment fraud, or activity designed to prevent fair customer access to limited products.

Nothing in this section permits us to cancel an accepted consumer order in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

28. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, analytics services, and other websites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, availability, or acts outside our reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible.

29. Website Availability and Technical Errors

We try to keep our website accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may update, suspend, restrict, or maintain parts of the website for security, technical, inventory, or business reasons.

If a technical or checkout error materially affects a transaction, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate correction or solution subject to applicable law.

30. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE TEE BLOC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, Products, or third-party services where such losses are not reasonably attributable to a breach for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product or order giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where it would unlawfully restrict consumer rights, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot be excluded or limited.

31. Indemnity for Misuse

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of the website, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not make you responsible for losses caused by THE TEE BLOC or for obligations that cannot lawfully be imposed on a consumer.

32. Force Majeure and Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fires, labour disputes, public-health events, power or internet outages, cyber incidents, government actions, border or customs disruption, carrier disruption, Shopify or payment-platform outages, supplier failures, or production delays.

If such an event affects an order or Pre-Order, we will try to provide a reasonable update and, where appropriate or required by law, an alternative, cancellation, or refund option.

33. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that may apply based on your province or territory of residence or the location of the transaction.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a substantive or procedural right that cannot legally be waived. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law will apply to the extent of the conflict.

34. Questions, Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about an order, Product, delivery, exchange, refund, privacy matter, or website issue, please contact us first so we can review it and try to resolve it promptly.

Email: contact@theteebloc.com

Nothing in this section prevents you from using a complaint, court, regulator, consumer-protection, or other process available to you under applicable law.

35. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, Products, website, policies, technology, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The Terms in effect when you place an order will generally apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or the parties lawfully agree otherwise.

36. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

37. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Policies incorporated into them and any specific terms disclosed for a Product, Pre-Order, promotion, or sale before purchase, form the agreement between you and THE TEE BLOC relating to your use of the website and purchase of Products.

They replace prior website statements on the same subject to the extent of any inconsistency, except that mandatory rights and any written commitment expressly made to you in connection with a specific order remain unaffected.
