Effective Date:

Welcome to The Tee Bloc.

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, purchasing products, and interacting with The Tee Bloc online.

By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude, or replace any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection, privacy, or other laws.

1. About The Tee Bloc

The Tee Bloc is an online clothing and streetwear brand offering apparel and related products through our website.

Our website is operated through Shopify and may use third-party service providers for checkout, payments, shipping, customer accounts, analytics, marketing, fraud prevention, customer support, and other business operations.

You can contact us at:

The Tee Bloc
Email: contact@theteebloc.com

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm The Tee Bloc, our customers, our website, or any third-party service provider.

You must not:

  • Misuse our website or interfere with its normal operation

  • Attempt to access areas of the website, Shopify admin, accounts, systems, or connected services without permission

  • Use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity

  • Submit false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information when placing an order or creating an account

  • Use another person’s payment method, account, identity, address, or personal information without permission

  • Copy, reproduce, scrape, misuse, or exploit our brand content, images, designs, logos, product information, website layout, or other materials

  • Upload, submit, or transmit viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code

  • Use bots, automated tools, or scraping tools without our written permission

  • Interfere with checkout, inventory systems, promotions, discount codes, or website security

We reserve the right to refuse access, cancel orders, suspend accounts, block activity, or restrict service where we reasonably believe our website, business, customers, systems, promotions, or third-party services are being misused.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information, prices, colours, materials, care instructions, availability, and product details.

However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, device settings, photography, or production batch. Product measurements may also vary slightly due to manufacturing and measurement tolerances.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size guide, care instructions, product images, pricing, shipping information, return eligibility, and final sale notices before placing an order.

We may update product information, pricing, availability, descriptions, images, and product details at any time, subject to applicable law.

We do not guarantee that every product description, image, colour, measurement, price, availability notice, or website detail will always be complete, current, or error-free.

If we discover a material product information error that affects your order, we may contact you with a suitable resolution, which may include correcting the error, offering an alternative, cancelling the affected item, or providing another legally appropriate remedy.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. An order is only submitted once checkout is completed and payment is successfully processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may contact you to offer a suitable solution, such as:

  • A replacement item

  • A different size or colour, if available

  • Store credit, if appropriate and accepted

  • A refund where required or appropriate

  • Cancellation of the affected item or order

If we cannot fulfil your order because the item is unavailable, we will provide a legally appropriate resolution.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order request. It does not guarantee final acceptance or fulfilment of the order.

We reserve the right to review, accept, refuse, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for reasons such as:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable customer information

  • Pricing errors

  • Product information errors

  • Delivery address issues

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Misuse of discount codes, promotions, store credit, or loyalty offers

  • Resale, bulk purchasing, bot activity, or other activity inconsistent with personal use

  • Website, inventory, checkout, payment, or technical errors

  • Any other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order properly

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will provide a refund to the original payment method or another legally appropriate resolution.

We may also contact you to verify order details before accepting or fulfilling an order.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping costs, taxes, duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges. Applicable charges will be displayed at checkout where possible.

We aim to ensure that all pricing is accurate. However, pricing errors, promotional errors, tax errors, or checkout errors may occur.

If we discover a pricing or payment error before fulfilment, we may contact you to correct the error, cancel the affected item or order, or provide another legally appropriate resolution.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

The Tee Bloc does not directly store your full credit card details on our own systems. Payments are processed securely through Shopify-supported payment providers or selected third-party payment processors.

Payment providers may have their own terms, policies, fraud prevention processes, and security checks.

7. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Applicable taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout where required.

If we offer shipping outside Canada in the future, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

The Tee Bloc is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border processing, government inspections, or carrier clearance procedures.

8. Discount Codes, Promotions, and Store Credit

Discount codes, promotional offers, and store credits may be subject to specific conditions, including:

  • Expiry dates

  • Usage limits

  • Customer eligibility

  • Minimum order values

  • Product exclusions

  • Collection exclusions

  • Non-combination rules

  • Final sale conditions

  • One-use-per-customer limits

  • Geographic or shipping restrictions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounts do not apply to shipping costs, taxes, duties, customs fees, gift cards, store credit purchases, or previously placed orders.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, cancel, correct, or refuse a discount, promotion, or store credit where there is suspected misuse, technical error, fraud, abuse, or violation of the promotion terms.

Promotional offers are only valid during the stated promotional period and while supplies last, unless otherwise stated.

We will not use fake scarcity, misleading sale claims, or misleading discount representations.

9. Shipping

Shipping times, costs, carriers, tracking, and delivery conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, customs or border delays, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Tee Bloc ships from Canada using Canada Post or selected courier partners.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may contact you about reshipment, store credit, cancellation, or other available options. Additional shipping charges may apply unless the issue was caused by our error.

10. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Risk of loss or damage may pass to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law.

If tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at:

contact@theteebloc.com

We will review the issue and may assist with carrier inquiries where appropriate.

The Tee Bloc is not responsible for stolen packages, unattended packages, carrier delays, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information, except where required by applicable law or where the issue was caused by our error.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Returns, exchanges, and store credit are handled in accordance with our Returns & Store Credit Policy.

Approved normal returns are currently handled by store credit only.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer preference, or items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially misrepresented, or where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, we will handle the issue fairly and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, refund, or another legally required remedy.

Customers should review the product description, size guide, care instructions, and return eligibility before placing an order.

12. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially misrepresented, or unless a remedy is required by applicable law.

Final Sale items may include clearance items, last-day sale items, promotional sale items, discounted items, limited release items, or other items clearly marked as Final Sale before purchase.

Final Sale terms will be shown before purchase where reasonably possible.

13. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account on our website.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, except where the activity is caused by our error or a security issue that is not your fault.

We may use customer accounts to provide order history, customer support, account management, checkout features, and store credit features where available.

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account where we reasonably believe the account is being misused, used fraudulently, used unlawfully, or used in breach of these Terms.

14. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information.

Where required by law, we will ask for consent for certain uses of personal information, such as marketing communications or optional cookies and advertising technologies.

By using our website, creating an account, placing an order, contacting us, or signing up for marketing, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Email and SMS Marketing

If you sign up for marketing communications, or where we are otherwise permitted by law, we may send you emails or SMS messages about products, launches, promotions, restocks, offers, and other brand news.

We will send commercial electronic messages only where we have consent or are otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Marketing emails will include sender identification and an unsubscribe link. Marketing SMS messages, if used, will include opt-out instructions.

Transactional or service messages, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, return communications, account notices, or customer service replies, may still be sent where necessary to complete or manage your order, account, or customer service request.

CASL requires commercial electronic messages to include required identification information and an unsubscribe mechanism, and businesses should be able to prove the consent they rely on.

16. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to brand names, logos, product names, designs, graphics, product images, text, website layout, photography, videos, icons, product descriptions, and other content, belongs to The Tee Bloc or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, license, imitate, use, or exploit our content without written permission from The Tee Bloc.

This includes using our designs, images, branding, product content, website content, or creative materials for commercial purposes, resale, imitation, counterfeiting, unauthorized promotion, or competing business activity.

Nothing on our website gives you ownership or licence rights in The Tee Bloc’s intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the website for personal shopping and lawful browsing.

If you tag The Tee Bloc, submit a review, share photos, comment on our social media, or otherwise provide content related to our brand, you confirm that:

  • The content is yours or you have permission to share it

  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights

  • The content is not false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful

  • You have the right to allow us to view, share, or use the content as described in these Terms

If you tag us publicly or submit content to us, you allow The Tee Bloc to view, share, repost, or use that content for organic brand, social media, community, and promotional purposes, unless you ask us not to.

For paid advertising, website product pages, major campaigns, or broader commercial use of customer photos or videos, we may request additional permission where appropriate.

We may remove, hide, refuse, edit, or decline to use content that is offensive, misleading, unlawful, harmful, infringing, or inconsistent with our brand.

18. Reviews and Customer Submissions

If reviews, ratings, comments, testimonials, or other customer submissions are available on our website or third-party platforms, customers must provide honest and accurate content based on their real experience.

You must not submit fake reviews, misleading reviews, competitor abuse, spam, offensive content, or content that infringes another person’s rights.

We may moderate, remove, or refuse reviews or submissions where permitted by law, including where content is false, misleading, offensive, irrelevant, unlawful, abusive, spam, or violates platform rules.

We will not knowingly create fake reviews or misleading testimonials.

19. Website Errors and Availability

We do our best to keep our website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, or free from technical issues.

We may update, pause, restrict, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time for maintenance, security, improvements, technical issues, inventory updates, or business reasons.

We are not responsible for losses caused by website downtime, technical errors, interrupted access, or third-party service issues, except where required by applicable law.

20. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, apps, payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or other services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms, security, availability, actions, or omissions of third-party websites or services.

Customers should review third-party terms and policies before using them.

21. Product Use and Care

Customers are responsible for following product care instructions, washing instructions, drying instructions, and other product guidance provided by The Tee Bloc.

The Tee Bloc is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper washing, improper drying, alteration, normal wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose, except where required by applicable law.

22. Resale and Unauthorized Commercial Use

Our products are intended for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, bulk purchasing, bot purchasing, suspicious activity, or activity inconsistent with fair customer access.

You may not use The Tee Bloc’s name, logo, product images, descriptions, or branding to resell or promote products without our written permission.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Tee Bloc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, products, services, third-party services, or inability to use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Tee Bloc’s total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, products, services, policies, Shopify setup, or legal requirements.
