At The Tee Bloc, we aim to process, pack, and ship every order with care. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

This policy applies to orders placed through The Tee Bloc website.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.

Shipping Location

All orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment location in Canada.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using Canada Post and selected courier partners, depending on your delivery location, courier availability, and order requirements.

The Tee Bloc may choose or change the carrier used for your order where reasonably necessary to complete delivery.

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high-volume periods, service disruptions, incorrect address details, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To reduce misleading-delivery risk, it is good practice to keep delivery, shipping-cost, and checkout information clear before purchase. Shopify’s shipping settings allow rates to be shown at checkout, including flat rates, free shipping, or carrier-calculated rates based on order details.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and available shipping options.

Any available shipping options, shipping costs, or free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Free shipping may be offered during selected promotions or for orders above a certain value. Free shipping offers may be subject to conditions, which will be shown at checkout or in the relevant promotion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may not always appear immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and the correct shipping address in your message.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

The Tee Bloc is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

The Tee Bloc is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, public holidays, high-volume periods, service disruptions, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please include your order number and tracking details, if available.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier investigation.

If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, The Tee Bloc is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

This softer wording is safer than saying the business has no responsibility “under any circumstances.” Some provincial consumer protection rules may give customers rights where goods are not delivered within required timelines, and Consumer Protection BC specifically notes rights around online orders, delivery details, wrong products, and non-delivery.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

For damaged packages or items, please contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • A description of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation and applicable law.

Customers should not be asked to pay return shipping where The Tee Bloc sent the wrong item or where the issue was caused by The Tee Bloc.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

International shipping options may be introduced in the future. If international shipping becomes available, eligible shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Customers outside Canada should not place an order unless an international shipping option is available at checkout.
