At The Tee Bloc, every order is packed with care and love. We aim to keep our returns process simple, fair, and transparent.

Normal Returns vs. Problem Orders

This policy separates normal returns from problem orders.

A normal return includes a change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer preference, or another reason not caused by an issue with the item.

A problem order includes an item that arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, not as described, or where a remedy is required under applicable consumer law.

For normal approved returns, The Tee Bloc currently offers store credit only.

This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Return requests made after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted for normal change-of-mind, size, or preference returns.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue fairly.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a normal return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • Free from stains, marks, odours, deodorant marks, makeup marks, pet hair, or damage

  • Returned with original tags and packaging, where applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for normal change-of-mind, size, or preference returns.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description, size guide, colour, fit, and care information carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit for the approved value of the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the item received was incorrect, faulty, damaged, missing, not as described, or the return is required by applicable law.

Store Credit Only for Approved Returns

For normal approved returns, The Tee Bloc currently offers store credit only.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, customer preference, or items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Store credit can only be used toward future purchases from The Tee Bloc and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Store credit is issued to the customer account or email address associated with the original order.

Store credit issued by The Tee Bloc does not expire.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and are not included in store credit for normal approved returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a refund is required under applicable law.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect, Missing, or Not as Described Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged

  • A short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers will not be required to pay return shipping where the return is due to an error by The Tee Bloc or where the item received was faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, or not as described.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference.

Final Sale items may include discounted items, clearance items, promotional sale items, or limited release items where clearly stated.

Final Sale does not apply where an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, not as described, or where a remedy is required under applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for normal approved returns and size exchanges, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, not as described, or the return is required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.

For normal approved returns, The Tee Bloc is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Please keep your return tracking number until your return has been reviewed and processed.

  • Photos, if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, missing, or not as described

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours at:

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or make changes to it.

If an order cannot be cancelled because it has already been processed or shipped, you may still request a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with this policy.

This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
